I had the enormous honor of participating in Grow Your Value, Mika Brzezinski’s recent nationwide challenge to empower women to know their value in the workplace. The competition included resiliency training at the Human Performance Institute in Orlando, FL, a hair, makeup and wardrobe makeover and the help of one very talented coach, Jenn Lea who helped me envision the next phase of Toolbox. It was a tremendous opportunity for me to clarify my vision and my mission, one that I wish everyone could have. It was FUN!!! And now, onwards and upwards!
